Months after rotator cuff surgery, my PT recommended I go to Cheryl Abruzzo, a massage therapist. Now in my mind I’m thinking, “What can a massage do that physical therapy can’t” I spoke to some of the people my therapist had already sent to see Cheryl and they only had great things to say about her so I decided to give it a try.

Cheryl was very informative and explained everything she was going to do and how it worked and what muscles it would help. After two sessions I went from not being able to lift my arm to lifting it over my head. It was WONDERFUL!! She is WONDERFUL!! It was much, much more than a massage. "*Therapist"* is the word that should be focused on, not massage. After leaving each session I feel wonderful and can do more and more with my arm and am so very grateful to Cheryl for all that she has done for me.

"After 2 ½ years of suffering from severe headaches, I had the good fortune of meeting with Cheryl. Previously, I had undergone an extensive medical workup and series of several tests including MRIs and x-rays that revealed nothing to the prescribing doctors. I had found a chiropractor who finally diagnosed me with extreme subluxations in my neck vertebra due to car accident I was involved in years before.
